COMMUNITY HALL

The Vincent Community Hall is an important part of the area and was built after 11 years raising funds that included 4th of July celebrations, and raffles of a boat and tractor.  After the walls of the building were up, the rest of the building was finished and furnished by volunteers. In 2016 a handicapped family friendly bathroom was installed and the city purchased new tables and chairs.

To rent the Community Hall please contact the City Clerk by calling 515-356-4365

*Local non profits including Vincent fire department are free of charge

 

*Funeral luncheons – non residents $100 ; residents of Vincent are free of charge

 

*Baby Shower - $300

 

*Birthday parties - $300

 

*Company/Business Meetings - $250

 

*Community Garage Sales - $250

 

*Wedding Receptions - $300

 

*Auctions - $250

 

*Other - $250

​

A CASH ONLY $400.00 Deposit is required to reserve the date of the event.

 

All rentals must provide a certificate of liability insurance.
